GIFTING A CRAYBOARD

Crayboard is a new paradigm of gifting where, instead of selecting and offering a product, the gift giver creates an AI-powered, personalized digital mall filled with brands in various categories – and the gift receiver can choose their own gift from this curated collection.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Download the Crayboard app
Enter your mobile number
Enter the OTP sent on your number

Tap Give a Crayboard
Enter your recipient’s name & number, gift amount and occasion
You may write a personal message and schedule the delivery.
An AI assistant screen appears.
Select gender and age from the drop down menus
Describe your giftee in a few words – their likes, interests, relationship, etc.
Our deep learning module will generate an ideal collection of brands for your recipient, categorized and assembled on Crayboard.
You could also add or remove brands from this Crayboard at will.
To add more brands, tap Modify and hit Add Brands
To remove a brand, tap Modify > brand > Delete
When you are done, hit Approve.
First time users sign up, then proceed to payment.
This entire ensemble is sent as a Crayboard to your gift recipient – out of which they are free to pick and choose the gift that’s perfect for them!

MODE OF PAYMENT

You can pay securely using any of these modes :
Debit card
Credit card
UPI

CONFIRMATION

You will receive a message confirming payment received.
A notification will be sent to your gift recipient for the Crayboard waiting to be unlocked by them.

TROUBLESHOOTING

>What if I enter the wrong contact number for my gift recipient?
Responsibility for providing the right contact details remains with you.
You may reach out to our Customer Care for further assistance.

>What if my gift receiver has not received their Crayboard?
Please check if you have provided the correct contact details.
You may reach out to our Customer Care for assistance.

>What if my gift receiver does not use his / her Crayboard?
Your Crayboard gift is valid for one year from the date it was presented to your gift receiver.

CANCELLATION

> Can I cancel my Crayboard order?
You can cancel your Crayboard at any time before the payment is made.

POOL CRAYBOARD

A social circle can send a collective Crayboard in an easy and uncomplicated process. Pooling option secures a more substantial gift for the recipient, without burdening any individual giver.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Tap Give a Crayboard
Go to the Pool tab
Fill in the Receiver details and AI prompt as usual
Then scroll down
Add contributors one by one, selecting numbers from your Contacts or entering manually
Tap Continue
Follow instructions in the GIFTING A CRAYBOARD section
When you are done, hit Approve.
The pop up screen will show your selected contributors list, with the amounts next to each.
Tap Pay and initiate the Crayboard with your portion of the amount

A timer is set in motion for 24 hours

A WhatsApp message will be sent to each of the contributors, with a link to the Crayboard where they can pay their share by the given deadline.

As each member completes their payment, a tick appears next to their name in the list
If any member fails to pay within the allotted time, their name and amount is dropped from the list.

When the time is up, the Crayboard is sent to the recipient, with the names of all the contributors listed on their Crayboard

GROUP CRAYBOARD

You can build one Crayboard and send it to multiple recipients or a whole group at once. This is very handy for occasions such as birthday party return gifts, or festive gifts for employees in your company or department.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Tap Give a Crayboard
Go to the Group tab
Fill in the details and AI prompt as usual
Enter the total amount for the whole group
Then scroll down
Add receivers one by one, selecting numbers from your Contacts or entering manually
Tap Continue
Follow instructions in the GIFTING A CRAYBOARD section
When you are done, hit Approve.
The pop up screen will show your selected list of Crayboard recipients, with their gift amounts.
Tap Pay and complete the formalities.

RECEIVING A CRAYBOARD

A MESSAGE TO LIFT YOUR MOOD

You will receive a message by SMS or WhatsApp about an awaiting Crayboard from your gift giver

UNLOCK YOUR CRAYBOARD

Download the Crayboard app
Enter your mobile number
Enter the OTP sent on your number

Tap Get my Crayboard
In the New Tab, select the Crayboard you want to unlock.
If provided, you’ll see the message from your gift giver.
Hit Continue and unlock your Crayboard.

SELECT YOUR GIFTS

Your Crayboard will be filled with several brands across multiple categories.
Tap on any category icon below the Crayboard.
This will reveal all the brands offered in that category.
Tap on any brand and enter that website to shop for your pre-paid gift.
To select your gift, tap ‘add to crayboard cart’ at the bottom of the screen.
You can hop across multiple categories, each filled with brands in that genre
To check the items you have selected, tap Cart icon on the top right.
To exit the website, tap X on the screen top left.

ORDER YOUR GIFT

Tap Cart
In the window that opens :
Finalize your selections
First time users must sign up
Add / Select address
At the Checkout screen, tap Place Order
You will receive a confirmation message and your gift is on it’s way to you
Tap Send a Message and feel free to write back to you gift giver

> Do I have to use up my entire Crayboard amount in one transaction?
You may order all your gifts in one go.
Or you may order in multiple transactions, across multiple vendors.

> What if there is a balance amount remaining after I have ordered my gifts?
If your gift amount is only partially used, the balance will remain in your Crayboard.
You may return to shop for more gifts from your remaining amount.
If 90% of your gift amount is spent and only 10% balance is remaining, it will be folded into your Cray Kitty.
For example :
If you receive a Crayboard for Rs. 1000 :
You ordered an item for Rs. 600.
Your Crayboard now holds Rs 400 which can be used to buy more gifts.
If you order another product worth Rs. 300, the final balance of Rs. 100 ( 10 % of 1000 ) will be added to your Cray Kitty.

SHIPPING / TRACKING / DELIVERY

> Where’s my gift order?
Tracking information can be found next to the item in your Crayboard Orders :
Tap the Receiver icon at the bottom of the app.
Select the relevant Crayboard number under the Viewed or Archived panels
Tap Orders
Tap the three dots next to the concerned item
Select Tracking

EXCHANGE / MODIFICATION / RETURN

> Can I return all or part of my gift? What if I get the wrong item or faulty product?
Go back to your Crayboard, go to Order, tap the three dots next to the concerned item, select the relevant option from the pop up menu and follow the instructions.

TROUBLESHOOTING

> Is there a time limit for using up my Crayboard gift?
Your Crayboard gift is valid for one year from the date of receipt.

> Can I combine two different Crayboards to order one gift?
No.

CRAY KITTY

> What is Cray Kitty?
Cray Kitty is your credit wallet that stores leftover balances from your Crayboard gift orders.
Up to 10% of any unspent remainder from your Crayboard gift amount is added to your Cray Kitty.

> Where can I use my Cray Kitty balance?
If you select a gift that exceeds your Crayboard gift amount, the difference will automatically be covered by the balance in your Cray Kitty.
If you select a gift that exceeds your Crayboard gift amount and your Cray Kitty balance, the remainder can be fulfilled by you using any of the payment options provided on the payment page.
> Can I reload my Cray Kitty?
No. Your Cray Kitty only accepts balances remaining from your Crayboard gift orders and refunds on returned items.
